Google search trends and bushfire smoke pollution levels

So this visualisation is a little different than usual, but a while back I was scouring some data for a different project, and I stumbled upon a fascinating relationship I just had to share.

Here's a look at the correlation between pollution levels and Google searches related to shortness of breath on one particularly smoky Melbourne day during the 2019/20 Australian bushfire season.
