Cancer map: age, incidence, and prognosis
A map of the major groups of neoplasms, and some at-a-glance information about their epidemiology.
Each group of cancers is represented by a circle. The position of the circle's centre on the x and y axes represents the median age of diagnosis and 5 year survival rate, respectively. The circle's area indicates the relative incidence (ie. bigger = more common).
Data is sourced from the fantastic Cancer in Australia 2019 report by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) 😊
